Origin
The quality of pistachios from the Gaziantep region of Turkey is categorized as first harvest, second harvest, and third harvest, depending on the harvest time. The fruit from the first harvest is of the highest quality. The harvest quantity is small and special, as the pistachios are not yet fully ripe and do not completely fill the shell. With their green color, unique aroma, and fragrance, they are the queen of pistachios.
Narrative
We use pistachios from the first harvest with the highest aroma.
